EXPERTISE IS EVERYTHING
We have the experience and have the runs on the board.
The experience and result of non-tension, open hernia repair as a day procedure was presented to the Royal Australian College of Surgeons Meeting in Canberra May 1992. The results of Key-hole, Groin Hernia repair were also presented to the Royal College Meeting in Brisbane in 1997. Most recently, 1989 groin hernia key-hole repairs was presented to the College of Surgeons Meeting Sydney August 2007, which concluded that laparoscopic (key-hole) hernia repair is safe with low recurrence rate of less than 1% if compared with that of open repair, which is 8%-15%. The benefits also included less pain, superior cosmetic results, early return to normal activities and work. International presentation exposers include invited contributions to the Third International laparoscopic Surgery Conference, Cairo, November 1998; as well as invited contribution to the forth international endoscopic surgical congress, Aswan, Egypt, January 2001.
